I don't have too much to say about The Convention Jacket. It's a jacket I made specifically for pin-trading at conventions, but even then I don't wear it that often. It's lighter on politics compared to my usual pieces and is pretty short so I usually pair it with a skirt. It's also really loud with all those pins. I've also called it The City Pop Jacket or The Vaporwave Jacket, due to the custom backpatch I absolutely adore. It's a piece by my favorite artist, Hiroshi Nagai. I've worn it to an open mic once or twice but I don't wear colors like this all that often. My GF does like to borrow it from time to time for her outfits. IDK, it's just a bit politically light for my tastes, although I love the colors. I'd love to revisit the idea of a color-themed jacket but more around punk/metal bands. That would be cool.
